    I love it with NYX glitter liner! It looks like it was so difficult to do! I wouldn't even know where to start! x x x

      Thank you! :) Hehe, well, I started with the white rings, then filled them in with the dark blue, and then did the bright blue, then the glitter. It was hard, but it was fun ;) <3
